I'm Wendy van Rooyen, a Business Systems Specialist based in Johannesburg. I've spent over a decade in operations, admin, and financial management, untangling the backend of businesses that grew faster than their processes could handle.

Clarity Hub exists because I kept seeing the same pattern: smart founders running great businesses on spreadsheets, WhatsApp messages, and memory. It works until it doesn't. When the cracks show, they don't need another tool. They need someone who understands how operations actually break, and how to rebuild them properly.

I work async-first. Everything I deliver comes as written documents, recorded walkthroughs, and working systems. Meetings are available if you want them, but they're not required. My work speaks through the systems I build, not the calls I take.
